Postponement of Places 2020

Due to the COVID-19 epidemic several GN-AVENTURES events have been postponed this year. As explained, for each of the events, measures have been taken to allow you to postpone places and to benefit in certain cases from compensation.
Spring INTER-KANDO
(initially scheduled for April 10 to 13, 2020)
Exchanges of places made to date. Processing of all emails received.
Request for refunds: Refunds are in progress for those who made the initial request.
Offsets (Private Larp registrations): pending and valid for 1 year from date of issue.
INTER-KANDO by Printemps Bis
(initially scheduled for May 15 to 16, 2020)
All places are automatically transformed into Credit. You can therefore register for one of the events below under the heading "REPORT OF PLACES" which has been added to each of the events (placed in the ticket office at the end of the list of camps).
You can choose this place until November 15, 2021
You can register with this seat transfer for one of these events, only if you have an INTERKANDO Bis ticket that has not yet been used for another event. You will be asked for the old ticket (INTER-KANDO Bis) at the entrance as well as the new PLACES REPORT ticket which will be sent to you from the ticket office of the chosen event
This Carryover ticket must be in the same name as your original ticket. It is not possible to transfer it to another person.
KANDORYA 2020 PLACE PLAYER or NPC

You participate in the event, you answered YES to the Form
You have a PLAYER place or NPC
- You use your ticket for this Kandorya 2020
- We offer you an equivalent complementary ticket for free in a determined list of GN-AVENTURES events & PRIVATE LARP (See List below)
- Register for the chosen event by taking an "INVIT-KANDO" ticket , mentioning all the elements requested. To benefit from this free place, you must have participated in Kandorya 2020 and have answered "YES I am coming" to the form put in place last June on the player count. Without these conditions your free place cannot be validated.
These Invitations are not transferable or resalable .
- You benefit from a free subscription to the Private Larp "HEROS" program for one year. A link will be sent to you to subscribe to this program for free after your registration. You can already register and participate in reserved Private Larp LARPs. Click the link below to find out more:

This year, in view of the changes in the duration of the event, a free ticket is offered to you for another LARP to choose from the list below, as well as a "HEROS" subscription to the Private LARP site.

You have a PLAYER place or NPC
- You do not use your ticket for this Kandorya 2020
- You benefit from a Credit note to be used for one of the events below. All you have to do is register for the event of your choice under the " Report de Places " section at the bottom of each ticket office.
No refund of Player or NPC Places on this event which took place.

- You use your Invitation for this Kandorya 2020
- You benefit from a free subscription to the Private Larp "HEROS" program for one year
as soon as you use your Invitation on this event
KANDORYA 2020 INVITATION

You are not participating in the event, you answered NO to the Form
You have an INVITATION place
YOU HAVE ACQUIRED A KANDORYA 2020 INVITATION
You decide not to come:
Your Invitation remains valid for another GN-ADVENTURES event (valid for 18 months) (Ticket equivalent to the Invitation; player or NPC)
No refund of Invitations on this event which took place.
- You do not use your ticket for this Kandorya 2020
- You benefit from a Credit note to be used for one of the events below. All you have to do is register for the event of your choice under the " Report de Places " section at the bottom of each ticket office.
This Carryover ticket must be in the same name as your original ticket. It is not possible to transfer it to another person.

Events currently suspended
An email will be sent individually to each of the participants to manage their postponement choices.

With your postponement tickets and the "HEROS" Pass, you can register for any upcoming GN Private LARP.
Refund :
You also have the possibility of requesting a refund if you do not use your Inter-Kando de Printemps 2020 or Inter-Kando de Printemps Bis 2020 place as part of a Place Deferral (as well as all the advantages linked to it ). There is no refund on the Kandorya 2020 event, this one having been maintained.
This request for reimbursement may be made at the end of the 18 months following the date of the event in accordance with the government ordinance of March 26, 2020 for the safeguard of tourism and leisure activities.
If you have not used any deferral or any advantage related to these deferrals, all you have to do is write, at the end of these 18 months, a letter to GN-AVENTURES , Lieu dit l'Adezière , Route de l'Adezière 49240 AVRILLE en expressing your refund request accompanied by a bank details and your original ticket so that we can proceed with the refund of your ticket.
